Beer Dip

      Combine the following in a mixer, blend well

      1 1/2 cup freshly Shredded Cheddar cheese
      12 oz. cream cheese, softened
      8 oz. sour cream
      1 packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dips
      1/2 tsp Black Pepper

      Slow add
      1/2 to 3/4 cup your favorite beer (not LITE)

      Until dip reaches desired consistency. Chill in the fridge at least 30 minutes. Serve with pretzels and veggies.
