Beef with Rigatoni and Tomato Sauce 1 jar of favorite tomato sauce, or 2 cups of homemade 2 pieces boneless beef short rib meat 4 beef back rib 1/2 pound rigatoni Parmesan cheese Toss the beef into a crockpot and cover with the sauce. Cook on low for 6 hours. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Cut the meat into bite-sized chunks. When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the meat and sauce. Stir and allow the flavors to meld for a few min. Serve hot with a heavy dash of parmesan cheese on top.
