beef tips and gravy

I fixed these yesterday and they were delicious.

package of stew beef or left over roast beef
packet of brown gravy if you can’t make your own

this is what I did- I sliced up an onion and cooked the onion and beef in a pot on med to low for about 2 hours, sort of like I was going to fix soup

when the meat was done I used the water in the pot to make the gravy mixed gravy and cooked till done readded the beef and simmered for about 30 minutes served over mashed potatoes and added some scratch biscuits.

Easy and delicious and didnt cost much to make either:031:
