      Beef Taco Bake

      1/2 lb. ground beef
      1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
      1 cup salsa
      1/2 cup milk
      8 corn tortillas or 6 flour,
      cut into 1-inch pieces
      1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

      In a large skillet, brown beef on medium head until
      thoroughly cooked. Drain off fat. Add soup, salsa,
      milk, tortillas and half the cheese.

      Spoon into a
      2-quart baking dish and cover. Bake at 400 degrees
      for 30 minutes until hot. Sprinkle remaining cheese
      on top.

      Serves 4.
