Beef-n-Broccoli Casserole

• 2 c. chopped broccoli (steamed or frozen)
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 small onion, chopped
• butter
• 1 pound ground beef or turkey

Saute the onion in butter, add the ground beef or turkey, cook until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish, bake at 350 for 30 minutes

This recipe works really well for chicken also. I cooked this for church quite a few times and it went over really well.
