Beef Chili III
1-1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 15.5-oz kidney beans, rinsed
16-oz no-salt-added tomato sauce
1-1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa
1 cup frozen corn
1 onion, chopped
2 tbs chili powder
1 cup shredded Mexican-style 4-cheese blend
Brown meat. Drain. Spoon into Crockpot sprayed with cooking spray. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Cover with lid.
Cook on low 5 to 6 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
Stir chili. Serve topped with cheese. Serves 8
