1 pkg Herb and butter Rice A Roni – (Can use homemade equivalent and desired flavor) 1 lb boneless steak-thinly sliced 2 tbsp butter 1 small zucchini-thinly sliced 1 small onion-thinly sliced 1 small yellow squash, thinly sliced 1 whole carrot-cut into matchsticks 1 clove garlic-minced
1. In large skillet, saute sliced steak in 1 tbsp butter for 3 minutes. 2. Add veggies; saute 8 more minutes. Remove from skillet. 3. In same skillet, add remaining butter and prepare rice a roni. 4. Add meat and veggie mixture when adding special seasonings.
