Beans 3 cans Bush pinto or chili beans (or your favorite brand) 1 can Rotel original (my favorite go-to ingredient) 2 cans salsa (hot or mild) 1 medium onion, diced 2 tsp seasoning salt 1/2 tsp of garlic salt or garlic powder Open all cans, pour into a saucepan or large iron skillet, and mix very well. Add onion, salt, and your choice of garlic seasoning. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
Cook over open campfire or camp stove until everything comes to a boil, stirring often to avoid sticking. Servings: 8
