I watch for them when they come on sales .Stock them.Even with the beef ribs
Barbecue Style Ribs for the slow cooker
3 to 3 1/2 pounds pork country style ribs cut crosswise in half and cut intoliquid smoke
2 rib portions
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. bottled hot pepper sauce
Preheat broiler. Place ribs on the unheated rack of a boiler pan. Broil 6″
from heat until brown, about 10 minutes, turning once.
Transfer ribs to a 4Turn to coat. Cover; cook on low heat setting
