      Banana-Nut Breakfast Wrap
      1-6″ whole wheat flour tortilla
      1 tbs low-fat peanut butter
      1 small banana, diced
      4 walnut halves, chopped
      8 oz skim milk
      Spread the tortilla with peanut butter. Sprinkle with banana and walnuts. Roll into a wrap and serve with skim milk.
