I’ve been told that homemade baking powder loses it strength in a very short time. > I have not had any problems with it losing it’s strength but I use mine allot. I do keep mine in the fridge.And use it within a month.
Also been told you need to use twice as much as what the recipe would call for>>>. I use just what my recipe calls for and see no change. Lots of TLC to you, Theresa In Fl Mom To, Lucas Earl Age 13 🙂
