2 large baking potatoes
3 tbl thinly sliced green onions
1/3 c butter
1/3 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4c milk
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, crumbed
Seasoning salt to taste (about 2 tsp)
• Bake potatoes- cut in half and scoop out middle and set aside (also can boil them)
• Cook onion and butter in soup pot
• Stir in flour, salt and pepper; add milk
• Cook on medium until thick and bubbly stirring constantly
• Add potatoes and mix- if too big of chucks mash up
• Top with cheese and bacon
