Baked Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole ¼ cup flour 1 can chicken broth salt and pepper to taste ½ cup mozzarella cheese ½ cup Parmesan cheese 3-4 cup broccoli florets 3 cup white rice, cooked 3-4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large saucepan, whisk together flour and chicken broth until well combined. Bring to a simmer and whisk continuously until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in salt and pepper. Toss with broccoli. In a greased casserole dish, combine rice, chicken, broccoli and sauce, and cheese. Top with extra cheese and bake for 25 minutes until heated through. You can easily freeze and store this baked casserole for up to three months. When reheating, bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes and serve! Serves 6.
