      Bacon Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers
      8 oz cream cheese, softened
      8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
      2 tbs bacon bits
      16 jalapenos
      1 cup milk
      1 cup flour
      1 cup breadcrumbs
      oil for frying
      Combine cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon bits. Cut a slit down the side of the peppers. Carefully remove the seeds and fill with cream cheese mixture.

      Combine flour and breadcrumbs. Dip each popper in milk and then in flour mixture. In a deep pan, heat oil and fry the poppers for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.

      Dry on paper towels.
