I saw this awesome Bacon Grease hack on FB the other day and I wanted to share it. After your bacon is done cooking, let the grease cool.
Pour the cool grease into a styrofoam egg carton.
Put the carton in the freezer.
Once the grease has frozen, pop them out and put them in a regular freezer bag.
Now you have individual grease cubes that are perfect for cooking! No Measuring, No Mess. Talk about grandma’s essential oil! Haha
