      B-B-Q Beef:020:
      3-4 lb. Boneless Chuck or Rump Roast
      1 32 oz. bottle of BBQ Sauce
      Cover meat with sauce and cook on high in crockpot 6 – 8 hours. When meat begins to fall apart, remove from pot and shred with 2 forks. Stir meat back into sauce. Stir and serve on crusty rolls or on baked potatoes.
