      Avocado Salsa
      Yields: About 1 cup

      1 ripe Haas avocado, coarsely chopped
      1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
      1 tablespoon mince jalapeno
      2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
      Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

      Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
