Next time I make fish tacos, I’m having this on them…Ummmhmmmm. 😉
2 avocados 2 tomatoes-cored and diced 1/2 cup red onion-minced 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro-chopped juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes salt and pepper-to taste 1 garlic clove-minced/grated *optional*
1. Prep avocado and remove from shell; dice. 2. Toss avocado with the tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon, and garlic. 3.
Stir to mix and season to taste.
Can either be served as a dip with chips or as a condiment on foods such as tacos, nachos, or any other dish.
