About a week ago my husband received a speeding ticket. Tonight our oldest DD was in a auto accident. She was at a red light at a turning left lane.
The vehicle in front of her backed up into her and hit her. We think that he changed his mind about going left and backed up to go right and hit her. The scratches (small ones) on his bumper do not match with where her license plate is.
She took pictures with her phone camera. She didn’t get a ticket for it. The problem is that I have a friend who is an insurance agent and has been wanting us to switch to Allstate from Farmers Insurance.
I gave her all the information and we were in process of switching. What do we do now with a speeding ticket and an accident. Is it a good idea to change insurance
