Broccoli Salad
5 cups coarsely chopped broccoli flowerets
1/4 c. chopped red onion
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. coarsely shredded or diced sharp cheddar cheese
Dressing:
1 cup mayo
3 packets Splenda
3 T. cider or wine vinegar
Combine everything into a large ziploc bag, seal and manipulate the bag until ingredients are well blended.
Add 1 c. sunflower kernals just prior to serving
