Recipe via Meal-Master ™ v8.05Title: Asian-Spiced Pork Loin – 216 Ways

2 ts Grated lemon zest
1 Garlic clove; mince3 lb Pork loin; trim all visible
-fat
1 tb Hoisin sauce1 tb Chinese plum sauce
1 To 2 ts chili paste
1/4 ts Salt1/8 ts Freshly ground pepper
COLUMN A
Grated orange zestMinced crystallized ginger
Grated lime zest
Brown sugarChopped pine nits
Ground cumin
COLUMN BHot-pepper jelly
Sour-cherry preserves
Orange marmaladeHoney mustard
Basil pesto
Mango chutneyCOLUMN C
Black pepper
Asian five-spice powderSesame oil
Bourbon
Minced shallotsYogurt
Heat oven to 325~. Combine zest and garlic. Cut slits
in pork at 1/2″ intervals and add lemon mixture; pressin. Roast 40 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients
and use to baste pork. Cook until thermometer
registers 155%. Cal 306; Fat 12 gr; 35% fat; Fiber 0gr.
216 WAYS: Prepare above recipe substituting a
flavor from Column A for the lemon zest, a condimentfrom Column B for the sauces and an ingredient from C
for the chili paste. Use amounts called for in
