ARE GENERIC BAKING CHIPS GOOD?

  Hi everybody,
  
  All that talk about inexpensive snacks has got me thinking. Are the store brand
  baking chips (chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch, etc.) any good? I’ve made the
  Cheerios, marshmallow, baking chip snack for my children before…and they love
  it…but when I add up all the ingredients, it gets pretty pricey when I buy
  name brand baking chips.
