      Next week is birthday week for us, so we spent more getting prime cuts of beef and pork — especially since they were available.  Also, as everyone knows, the cost of every thing is going up with the shortage of products.

      April 26-May 2 Weekly Menu Plan


      Sunday – chocolate almond nut bar and banana
      Monday – eggs over-easy and toast
      Tuesday – maple syrup and brown sugar oatmeal with blueberries
      Wednesday – Oats and Honey Cheerios with strawberries
      Thursday – pb&j toast
      Friday – bacon and egg salad on toast
      Saturday – yogurt with mandarin oranges and bananas
      Total – $4.83



      Garlic Ritz Crackers and provolone cheese
      Mandarin oranges
      Trail mix
      Total — $5.53


      Sunday – Greek chicken salad sandwiche
      Monday – leftover gingered beef
      Tuesday – pot roast sandwich
      Wednesday – pork-fried rice

      Friday – leftover baked ziti
