      Sunday — stuffed flounder with spinach, mac and cheese…thanks again to friend’s fishing trip…$2.97
      Monday — chicken liver pate on toasted French bread and tossed green salad…$2.91
      Tuesday — baked perch, Spanish rice, buttered green peas…$14.07
      Wednesday — oven-fried chicken thighs, leftover mac and cheese, buttered Brussels sprouts…$2.97
      Thursday — broiled chicken leg quarters with pesto, baked potatoes, buttered white corn…$2.07
      Friday — chicken pot pie (using some of the leftover chicken) and tossed green salad…$2.97
      Saturday — curried chicken salad (using the last of the leftover chicken) over lettuce, and toasted French bread…$2.97
      Yeah, it’s a lot of chicken, but at least it’s tasty and I only spent $30.93!
