      Apple Oatmeal
      3 cups apple juice
      1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
      1 1/2 cups quick oats
      1/2 cup chopped apple
      1/4 cup maple syrup
      1/4 cup raisins
      1/4 cup chopped walnuts
      4 tbs fat free vanilla yogurt
      Combine apple juice and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in oats, chopped apple, maple syrup and raisins.

      Reduce heat and cook until most of juice is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Fold in walnuts. Serves 4.

      Top each bowl with a tbs of yogurt.
