Back in February, I started saving my change, and my dollar bills,

and some random $5 dollar bills. At the end of the night, I just

cleaned my purse out, dumped the change into my jar, then slipped my

      $1’s into a lock box.

I decided to wait until I had at least $100 in $1’s before I would

deposit it into a vacation savings account. By the time I managed to

get the change cashed in, and get to the bank, I had just under $200

      to deposit.

Because I also do stuff online to earn checks, I decided to also

deposit those into the account, as well.

When we got our taxes back, I did get a boost of $500, but all said

and done, from online earnings, 1 $15 birthday check, and all of my

change & dollar bill savings, I have just shy of $1500 in a savings

account after just a few months.

Now, granted, we have the extra money right now, where we don’t miss

the change and dollars. If you are squeezed tighter for cash, that’s

not the best option, obviously, but even doing it for a bit can give

      her some spending money.

Other things to help her earn money:

      -have a yard sale

-sell baked goods at the yard sale

-buy king sized candy bars on sale, and have her sell them to

friends & family as a fund raiser

-do chores for neighbors: mow lawn, rake leaves, clean house, plant

      flowers, etc

      -babysit

      -get a part time job

      -do errands for neighbors

      Hope she has fun!
