was disappointed to learn that my son has to make up a credit in
order to graduate by going to summer school. He missed alot of school
for a couple of years due to having an Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Because of medical costs we are short on cash and this will be hard on
the budget. He has to drive almost an hour to the summer school (that
is the closest) and with the high cost of gas we will probably have to
spend about $200 for him to go to school. Is there any financial help
at all through school or anything that can help us here? I would love
to rant & rave at school for not having him get all his credits in at
school so we wouldn’t have to do this but I’m sure that they did the
best that they could when he was sick and gone all the time.
Any advice on how to make this work?
