We used them about 4 years ago and they were very good with setting up

a budget. Problem is we didn’t stick to it. I found that the company

has frequent personnel changes and in the end I did not know who to

contact. The orignal person we started with had left the company,

they did not have any email addresses or anything. Another person

from another office contacted us but was not as good or knowledgable

as the first rep. We ended up with a prepayment penalty and had to

wait 4 long years to get out from under them. If you refinance with

them they set up accounts for you and you pay your house taxes and

insurance separately. The point of that is for you to be able to gain

the interest. We had automatic deposit for the accounts but I got

into trouble because I had access to the money that was suppose to be

set aside for the taxes and insurance. I would use the money with the

intent on paying it back and never did, so it left us short on paying

or house taxes at the end of the year. Lots of mistakes on our

part. Anymore question feel free to email me.
