      anti – cellulite smoothie
      1 c. frozen strawberries without syrup
      1/2 ripe banana
      1/2 c. skim milk
      1/2 c.

      plain nonfat yogurt

      Place all ingredients into blender. Add a few ice cubes.
      Blend until smooth. Freeze unused portions.

      Serves 4.
