If you combine an egg with either corn or creamed corn and baking mix (the amounts depend on how much corn you’re using), you can make corn pancakes or fritters. If you’re using “plain” corn, you’ll need to add a little milk to the batter.
It makes a nice meal with some butter and syrup.
