Yes, it does grow in size. It’s like a sponge. What’s so wonderful about it
is it really does take on the taste of what you’re cooking it with. It’s
wonderful in spaghetti sauce and so cheap. Even if you use a cup, it’s so
light that it might cost .50, depending on how much you pay per lb. That cup
will make a VERY meaty sauce.
