Antipasto Salad
Arrange Bottled marinated artichoke hearts and roasted peppers, olives and celery sticks on a lettuce-lined platter. Serve with bottled vinaigrette. Reserve leftovers for later in the week.
Salad Pita Sandwich
Heat pita in microwave for 1 minute or less (depending on wattage). Cut pita in half and place reserved cold salad veggies in pita pocket. Slice celery into bite-size pieces first!
Drizzle a little vinaigrette if desired and serve.
