      I am new to the whole diabetic life. I am trying to eat healthier but I am always hungry. I eat a ton of veggies but within an hour I am starving again!!

      I do eat meat but not a ton. Does anyone have any good recipes that will keep me full so I don’t go snack crazy and down a bag of Doritos?

      Try crunching on celery sticks and peanut butter, celery sticks and tuna salad, or a hard-boiled egg! I keep all of this on hand, but I find that after eating a hard-boiled egg I’m sturffed and have no desire to munch on ANYTHING!
