here’s a cake the kids can make for Mom or Dad… Aloha Dump Cake:037: 2-1/3 cups canned crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 lb flaked coconut 1 package yellow cake mix 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour pineapple and juice into a greased 9×13 in. baking pan.
Evenly distribute coconut over pineapple. Sprinkle cake mix over top and spread evenly. Cover surface with butter.
Do not mix. Bake 45 minutes until top is browned. Cool before cutting into squares.
