We really eat quite well LOL. I just do not buy prepared food or junk food. I

think that is where most people spend that extra cash — on convenience. One

thing comes to mind though – I do not buy disposables. I’ve filled my napkin

dispenser with cloth napkins, use rags or newspaper instead of paper towels,

use dish clothes instead of sponges — so I have that money to buy edibles with

instead.
