I make all breads and dough (pizza)in my machine. If the bread is more like a cake….I would use the oven. The more sugar you have….the more sticky it comes out from the machine. Any bread without yeast in it should go in the oven. You will get a recipe book with the machine….look thru that before buying. I know that Best Buy has them right on the shelf with the machines.

I am thinking about purchasing a bread machine. But my question is, can
you make up batter for banana bread, applesauce bread, ect and put it
into the machine to bake? I am hoping that baking this way will not
heat up the kitchen thus saving money on air conditioning! Thanks!
