1/2 Lb Ground Beef
1 Can Original or Hot Rotel (Depending on how spicy you want it)
1 Lb Velveeta Cheese
A dash of Ground Red Pepper
Brown ground beef and drain off any remaining grease
Cut up Velveeta into 1″ cubes
Place beef, Velveeta, rotel, and a dash of ground red pepper into a medium sized sauce pan, and cook over low heat until cheese is completely melted…stir it often to keep cheese from burning to the pot.
(Can also be done in a crock pot or in a glass bowl in the microwave)
Just scoop it up on your favorite tortilla chips & enjoy!
