A.1. Cheesy Roast Beef Topper

Makes: 8 servings, two topped crackers each
1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
2 green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar
8 slices Shaved Roast Beef, halved
COOK peppers and onions in small skillet on medium heat 1 min. Add
steak sauce; cook 1 min. Set aside. Cut cheese into 8 slices; cut
each slice crosswise in half.
TOP crackers with meat, cheese and vegetable mixture.
PLACE 8 of the topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on
HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with
remaining topped crackers.
Substitute your favorite flavor of Barbecue Sauce for the steak sauce.
