(This is a Lipton recipe)
1 envelope Lipton Ranch Soup Mix
1 container (16oz) sour cream
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 can (4.5oz) chopped green chiles, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz)
In 2 quart shallow dish, combine soup mix & sour cream.
Evenly layer remaining ingredients, ending with cheese. Chill, if desired. Serve with tortila chips.
