*Layer lasagna noodles with large bag of shredded 3-cheese blend (store brand), 16-oz container cottage cheese, and 16-oz package frozen, chopped spinach in a baking dish/pan. Pour 16-oz jar of spaghetti or alfredo sauce over everything. Top with parmesan cheese and bake at 350?
for 45 minutes or until cheese on top is slightly browned and bubbly. This easily makes two meals.
**Arrange bottled marinated artichoke hearts and roasted peppers, olives and celery on a lettuce-lined platter. Serve with bottled balsamic vinaigrette (or MYO — see General Recipes forum).

That’s easy…here try this
9 Lasanga Noodles – uncooked
15 – 16 oz. containter ricotta or cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/8 teasp black pepper
1/2 teasp Itallian seasoning ( optional)
1 23 oz jar Spaghetti Sauce – your choice of flavor, but since you don’t want ‘mushy’ veggies, stay away from the chunky ones – try a plain marinara or 3 cheese sauce…
1 Cup Water
12 oz Pizza Blend Cheese, shredded
Mix the ricotta, or cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan, black pepper, and itallian seasoning if using and set aside. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, sprayed with non stick (Pam), cpread about 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan, place 3 lasagna noodles. Sprinkle about 1 Cup of the pizza blend or mozarella cheese on noodles, pour on another 1/2 cup or so of sauce.
Add another layer of 3 noodles, spread evenly the ricotta/egg mixture, and top with remaining 3 noodles. Spread the rest of the sauce over noodles. Slowly add 1 cup of Water to pan…bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes…top with remaining shredded cheese and bake about 10 more minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
IF you want a meat lasagna…use this same recipe adding 1 pound of ground beef or Itallian sausage browned to the first layer of noodles before sprinkling with the cup of shredded cheese or just mix with the sauce.
Serve with a green salad and garlic bread for a complete meal…
