With only 3 of us at home, I ended up with left over stew after I had already “piggy backed” that off a meal of roast and veggies. I used the remaining stew to make a pot pie. For a 9 x 13 pan, I used 1 1/2 cups of milk and biscuit mix each plus 1/4 cup melted butter. Pour the stew in the pan and then mix the crust and pour over the stew.
