One of my favorites is “Chix Pot Pie Minis”.
Grease custard cups and take left over chicken, mixed vegetables and cream of
mushroom soup. A dash of worsteshire sauce. Spoon into custard cups
and top with buttermilk bisquits. Spread over the cups like a crust.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes…I spread a bit of butter on the top when it comes
out of the oven.
Possibilities are endless…beef pies, hot dog/bkd beans and cheddar
pies/sausage w/peppers and onions with a bit of pasta sauce…sprinkle a bit of
garlic powder over the bisquits on that one.
Little ones love their “own pies” too,
