      2-minute Chocolate Fudge

      1 lb powdered sugar
      1/2 cup cocoa
      1/4 teaspoon salt
      1/4 cup milk
      1 tablespoon vanilla
      1/2 cup butter/margarine
      1 cup chopped nuts

In 1 1/2 quart casserole stir sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla together until partially blended (mixture is too stiff to thoroughly blend in all dry ingredients). Put butter on top in center of dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until milk feels warm on bottom of dish.

Stir vigorously until smooth. If butter has not melted in cooking, it will as mixture is stirred. Blend in nuts.

Pour into wax paper lined 8x4x3 dish. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator or 20 to 30 minutes in freezer. Cut into squares.

      Makes about 36 squares.

      :great: Kim,
2-minute Chocolate Fudge oh my this looks like a keeper (Going into Favorites). I’m have to try this one this weekend. My fudge usually turns out like driveway fill.

So I haven’t made any since then.

Be careful this is so simple and fast to make that it becomes very addictive, but great for a fast treat.

This looks so easy! I can’t wait to try it! Could I melt the butter on the stove top with all the other ingredients?

Or would that not work? Thanks so much! (As you can probably tell by the number of posts of done that I love recipes!

It might work on the stove top, I have never tried it that way. You only heat until the milk is warm and the butter is starting to melt. If you do try it that way let us know if it works.
      Thanks
