1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tblsp. chili powder 2 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. paprika 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 3 1/2 lbs. large red potatoes, cut into wedges (or whatever kind you have)
In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients, add potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning once. Yeild: 8 servings.
