This is a ‘cheater’ mealgiggle smiley
      1-2-3 Ravioli
Pre-made ravioli (can be found in freezer or refrigerated section of any grocery store)
Jar of tomato sauce (your preference)
Bread (sourdough or French works great)
      Grated Parmesan cheese
Boil ravioli according to package instructions.
For the sauce, you can heat it up in a small pan.
When the ravioli is done, pour off the water. Add the ravioli to a bowl and top with sauce. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and eat with a chunk of fresh bread.
      Smile, its spring!

I tried making a ravioli lasagna. You take frozen ravioli, layer it like you would a lasagna with the sauce and cheese. If i want meat in my “lasagna” I just use meat filled ravioli. Top off with mozzarella and bake until fully cooked and the cheese is nice and gooey and bubbly. Or, you could always go the even unhealtheir…yet so good…route. Toss those frozen babies in a deep fryer. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with dipping sauces. YUM!!

lmitchell…oh yum, indeed! I’ve had the fried ravioli as an appetizer at friend’s house and it was so good! I never thought about the lasagna style use of frozen ravioli. It sounds delicious and I’ll have to try that;-D Thanks, girlfriend!
