Did you know that when you’re on Facebook, you can save the posts that you like and view them later? There are actually a couple different ways of doing so, here’s how!
Saving Posts on Facebook for Later
When you are on Facebook looking at a post that interests you, if you want to save it for viewing later simply click on the “More” button, click on “Save”. The post will now be saved for later! When you save things on Facebook, they’ll appear in the Saved section.
To view the things you’ve saved:
Login to your FB account then Go to Facebook.com/saved or click Saved in the left side menu of the homepage
Click a saved category at the top or click a saved item to view it
Note: Saved items are private, so only you can see them.
Option 2: Saving from ANY site offering a “Like” Button
While you’re on Budget101.com – if you’re using a modern browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox you will see a “Like” button at the top of articles, like this:
and at the top of threads in our forums, like this:
If you’d like to save an article or thread for later, hit the “Like” button. It will then publish to your facebook where you can access it by visiting the Activity tab on your homepage.
Now you’re probably wondering, How do I find and use my FB Activity log?
Your activity log lets you review and manage what you share on Facebook.
- To view your activity log:
- Click in the top-right corner of any Facebook page
- Select Activity Log
From here, you can click the Filters on the left to review a specific type of story (ex: Your Posts, Photos). You can also search for stories and click a year on the right to see stories from a specific year.
The url/link looks like this:
https://www.facebook.com/yourFBusernameHere/allactivity?privacy_source=activity_log&log_filter=likes
We hope this tutorial has helped you & if you enjoyed it, we ask that you please “Like” and share it with others! Thank you!
