Jackson Laboratories in BarHarbor,Maine specializes in cancer and genetic research. The are very health minded and have a fantastic gym for their employees. They even contracted an ACSM personal trainer to come in and help their folks get fit. On their YouTube Channel there are around a years worth of workout videos. These workouts aren't updated every week but if you start in February of 2012, Shannon (my sister) will give you a workout for the week and show you how to do the exercises correctly.
