Lamb stew (from the freezer) and baked mocha bunuelos

Beans and rice (from the freezer) and lemon and lime tart

Expresso-crusted steak, brown rice, and green peas

Mini Southwest meat loaves with guacamole, pasta, and mixed veggies

Rosemary flank steak smothered with cherry tomatoes and leftover pasta
