I love hamburger stroganoff, too! I usually refer to it as poor-man's stroganoff! LOL! good looking menu. have you ever made your own pizzas? you could clean out your fridge and save some money about your pork chops...why not do a crockpot meal? sliced potatoes on the bottom, pork chops on top, cook on low with some of your favorite seasonings for 4-6 hours and a veggie on the side. OR slice some onions and carrots and throw them on top of the pork chops!

Pork chops in the crock pot sound delicious. Yes, I love to make homemade pizza with the kids and let them do it themselves. The two little ones are still in the age group of liking to help (3 and 5).

there's several good pork chop recipes in the 'dump' forum. just do a search for pork chops. and that's so great that the wee ones like to be with you in the kitchen! do you have a bread maker?

Sounds like you have a good variety going in your menu. Now I want a homemade pizza or maybe some foccacia bread drizzeled with olive oil topped with basil and sundried tomatoes and cheese. Reading everybody's menu plan is making me hungry. Here it is 12:30 at night and I'm still on the computer and I'm now craving a pizza. Thank goodness Pizza Hut is closed or I'd be tempted to splurge, (moneywise and caloriewise)

that's why you keep English muffins in the freezer so that you can make a personal, snack-sized pizza just for you! LOL!
