    Heart Aging Skin Fighter

Make your own Aging Skin Fighter! This mask works wonderfully to decrease age lines and spots, tighten and moisturize your skin. I love using this! Sometimes my daughters get together with me and we have a Home Spa day and pamper ourselves with home pedicures, manicures and facials. It's expensive and great fun. For Each Mask you'll need:
    2 teaspoons plain yogurt
    1/2 teaspoon honey
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 capsules vitamin E (equivalent of 300 units)

Combine yogurt, honey and lemon juice. Prick open the vitamin E capsules and squeeze contents into mix, stir.Apply to skin for for 15 minutes.

Rinse off and pat dry. For the best results, use daily. You can mix it up ahead of time in larger batches and store it in a container in the fridge.

Just wondering...after the 15 minutes, do we wipe it off or rinse it off? Moisturize afterwards?
